It’s important to note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, particularly for custom jewelry. Crafting each customized piece, whether it’s a custom engraved item, personalized nameplate necklace, grills, or any bespoke creation, involves a significant investment of time, often spanning days to weeks. This effort and time are dedicated exclusively to fulfilling personalized requests.
Due to the specialized nature of these creations, we regret that we cannot accommodate refunds for custom-made merchandise. We kindly request understanding in this regard, as any cancellation would result in substantial time and resources being invested in the creation process.
This statement is a clarification on the store’s policy regarding refunds for custom-made items and the reasoning behind it.
We offer the possibility of a partial store credit or exchange for eligible items returned in salable condition within 10 days from the date of receipt. However, any item that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
For items presumed to be damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the decision on the validity of claims will be assessed by Ryu’s Jewelry Inc. In cases where the received order is faulty or damaged, we are committed to fulfilling our obligations as per applicable laws. Please note that the item must be in its original, unused condition to qualify for a return. All returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase.
