How to Use the Grills Molding Kit
After purchasing from our site, and we’ll send you a free molding kit. Follow the instructions below and send the completed impressions back to us. We’ll work on your grills and ship them to you in about 2-3 weeks.
Contents: Each kit includes a pair of medical gloves, 2 sets of putty (2 white and 2 red) and 2 impression trays. This is enough to take 2 dental impressions. We will choose the best one out of the two.
Instructions
1) Take 1 mold kit (1 white and 1 red) out of its container and place them in your hand.
Note: Please wear the gloves that was provided to prevent dirt or dust from coming in contact with the putties.
2) Mix the two putties together for about 30 seconds until you have a uniform mixture and none of the white putty is visible anymore.
3) Place the putty into the mouth piece tray and make sure it’s even inside. Also, do not let the tray over flow.
4) Open your mouth as wide as you can and put the mouth piece in until your teeth are right in the middle of the mouthpiece without being too close to the walls of the tray. Then push straight onto your teeth. After that, bite all the way into the mold. Hold the mouth piece in your mouth for at least 6 minutes. Please, DO NOT MOVE OR TALK. Make sure the putty mix covers your teeth, and that your lips don’t get in the way. Your impressions must have a visible gum line where your teeth meet your gums.
5) After 5 minutes, tilt your mouth piece from side to the side and wiggle it off GENTLY.
6) Lay the mouth piece out on top of a piece of paper towel to let it dry further. When it dries completely, with no visible moisture on it, then it is finally ready to be shipped back to us.
NOTE: If the first mold does not come out good, you can use the other mold putty to take another impression.
